Under the background of the reform of "streamline administration and delegate power,improve regulation,and upgrade services",taxpayers and payers have put forward higher requirements for the service quality of tax payment.After several years of development,the non-contact tax payment channel has gradually replaced the entity window tax handling,and become the preferred business handling method of taxpayers.Chengdu Tianfu New Area Tax Bureau adheres to innovation and has made outstanding achievements in non-contact tax handling and payment services,ranking among the best in the city in various business environment indicators.However,it also faces some problems.This paper studies the non-contact tax payment in Tianfu New Area of Chengdu,and analyzes and discusses how to solve the problems in the non-contact tax payment,which has positive significance for improving the quality and efficiency of tax service,increasing taxpayer satisfaction and improving the tax business environment.First of all,related concepts such as non-contact tax payment are defined,and relevant theories needed for research and analysis are systematically sorted out.Through questionnaire survey and interview,the paper sorts out and analyzes the shortcomings and weaknesses in the non-contact tax payment service,deeply analyzes the reasons,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions that are helpful to optimize the non-contact tax payment service.After analysis research,chengdu tianfu new area contactless tax payment service problems include insufficient coverage,fewer business functions,processes,stuck points and intelligent level deficiencies,such as delve into the reason,propaganda guidance ability insufficiency,the system software research and development of complex,costly,information transfer,payment,as well as the short board,lack the capability of dynamic coordination of tax resources four aspects affecting the taxpayer to the look and feel of the non-contact tax payment service.In the end,according to the above situation,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the business quality of taxpayers and tax handling personnel,accelerate the maintenance and research and development of tax handling and payment system software,optimize online tax and fee related business processing,establish a quick response mechanism for tax service demand and other aspects of the optimization of non-contact tax handling and payment service.
