In the 21 st century,human beings entered an era of knowledge economy.Almost all industries and organizations have carried out the project management theory discussion and practical application.“Everything is project management,everything will become a project”,and the status of the project management in the global economic development,continuous improvement,but the complex variability and dynamic unpredictability of the project management process require enterprises and organizations to continuously apply advanced project management theory to the project implementation process,thereby improving the expected performance of the project.As one of the important key ways to improve the expected performance of the project,human resources has completely penetrated into the project management process,and the effectiveness of internal communication is the prerequisite for project implementation.Therefore,from the perspective of improving the expected performance of the project,how to effectively communicate the efficiency of project members and stimulate the work behavior of project members has become one of the problems faced by project management and an important goal.The paper selects the communication mode in the knowledge management of the project as the research direction,selects the college students’ initial project as the specific research object,according to the theory of role,Z theory and social exchange theory discusses the influence of the project organization communication mode to the work member.The influence of the communication satisfaction in the above relationship,and the role of active personality in the above relationship.Construction an theoretical model,the project organization communication as an independent variable,communication satisfaction as a mediator,active personality as a regulated variable,the work member input as the dependent variable,and the empirical analysis of the research hypothesis through data collection and statistical analysis.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,it confirms the positive role of the formal internal communication method of the project on the members’ work input.The formal communication channel can timely transmit the information required by the work to the project members,thereby helping members to more clearly understand the behaviors within their own work roles.Formal communication has a positive effect on the members work’s vitality.Informal communication channels is a complement to the communication methods in the organization.It help enhancing the personal emotions and communication of the entire group,thus increasing the identity and trust of the organization.Secondly,it reveals that communication satisfaction plays the intermediary role in the relationship between project organization communication and members ’work input.Active and effective communication results to improve the communication satisfaction of project members,which can significantly improve individuals’ Organizational identity to stimulate self-working behavior.Finally,it analyzes the role of active personality in the internal communication mode of the project and the input of member work.The study confirms that when the external environment changes,the high-initiative individuals are significantly more affected than the low-initiative personality project team members,that is,the influence of the internal communication mode is highly on the high-involved personality project team members.
