The Study Of Communication Mode Between Agriculture Technique Extension And Farmers In Social Work Perspective

Agricultural technology promotion is agricultural education and research with farmers.It bonds a bridge between the government and farmers.Its function is to provide farmers with before, during or after the whole technical service. Its essence is the transmission and feedback of information communication process.This article is aim to choose the effective communication modes adapting to the basic-level agricultural technology extension and farmers, to grass-roots agricultural technology extension and farmers communication model as the research object, taking pingjiang as the research point.The author use literature research, questionnaire and structured interview and other theoretical research and empirical analysis methods in the study of communication model between the local griculture technique extension and the farmers.Through the curregnt problems investigation and study,the author found that the current agricultural technoloy extension at the grassroots level to communicate with the farmers exist the following problems:not a positive attitude, low frequency of communication and communication subject problem such as poor communication channels, communication is not timely.In view of the problems, first of all, the author from the perspective of social work for the reason analysis. According to the working theory of "people" in the situation, the author thinks that lead to agricultural technology extension and the farmer communication is caused by the reason of social level and personal level.
