| China’s elderly care real estate has entered an important period of development opportunities.On the one hand,before entering the 21st century,China stepped into the aging society,and the aging rate is increasing year by year.Aging has become one of the hot issues in Chinese society,and therefore elderly care has become an unavoidable topic.The long-term one-child policy has given birth to a large number of"4+2+1" family institutions,resulting in great pressure on children to support and reduced the feasibility of home-based care.On the other hand,the government has issued a series of favorable policies and measures in recent years,and attaches unprecedented importance to the elderly care industry,thus creating a huge market space for the elderly care real estate industry.ZH Real Estate is in urgent need of finding new profit growth points to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise after joining the 100 billion club.Based on the strategic management theory,this paper analyzes the macro environment with PEST tool and the elderly care real estate industry with the Five Forces Model.Using the theory of resource capacity analyzing company organizational structure,human resources,capital and corporate culture.Based on the analysis of internal and external environment ZH Real Estate in,through the SWOT matrix analysis,internal and external environment of comprehensive endowment real estate development,think the opportunity is greater than the threat on the whole,internal advantages outweigh the disadvantages.Therefore,giving full play to the advantages of the enterprise internal,make full use of external opportunity SO strategy and the environment facing the poly real estate.Resources more match,useful company pension development strategy should be adopted"trinity" of the whole industry chain development model,In other words,the"trinity" old-age care strategy is based on the home,relying on the community and taking the institution as the core,and the implementation of the strategic plan is promoted from the aspects of organizational structure,human resource allocation,financing and brand building. |
