Rural tourism is based on agriculture and tourism.It is an important carrier to realize.the complementarily,coordinated development and urban transformation in rural areas.Gaiyang town is rich in tourism resources,with the strong support of national policy,through the beautiful countryside construction,the infrastructure is more complete,has basically met the conditions for the construction of rural tourism,but there are still serious challenges at the beginning of the process of building rural tourism Based on the present situation of rural tourism in Gaiyang Town,this paper comprehensively analyzes the exploration and practice of rural tourism in Gaiyang Town and the development of rural tourism industry by means of questionnaire survey and literature search.Through the case analysis of the tourism in Cuntou Village,using SPSS20.0 software to analyze the personal characteristics of tourists in Cuntoucun village.Explore the countermeasure of Gaiyang Town in carrying out rural tourism.Mainly on Gaiyang town rural tourism source structure characteristics,tourism motivation,tourism decision-making,tourism information collection and tourism experience and other aspects of the study,draw the following conclusions:(1)The structure of rural tourists in Cuntou Village is basically reasonable,but at the same time shows some characteristics that are different from other tourist modes.For example,the main source of rural tourism in Gaiyang Town came from Mingxi,Fujian Province.In addition,residents from Fujian Province also took up a certain proportion,showing a tendency of diversification of tourists.There was no obvious bias in terms of gender.In terms of age,Young people are the majority,and the majority are highly educated;the occupations of tourists are generally dispersed;the incomes of upper-middle-income people are not significantly different;and rural tourism is gradually transformed into boutique tourism,In the travel frequency,the vast majority of people a year rarely travel.(2)Rural tourism motivation and origin,age,education level and income are significant correlation,the main motivation for travel for their loved ones to reunite and ease the work pressure.Rural tourism travel frequency and gender,place of origin,education and occupation have some relevance.In decision-making,tourism decisions are strongly influenced by gender,place of origin,age and education level.Rural tourism experience does not correlate with demographic characteristics such as gender,place of origin,age and level of education.(3)Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the potential tourists' behavior characteristics and perception of rural tourism in Cuntou Village,this paper proposes the following rural tourism development strategies in Gaiyang Town:Pay attention to the interaction between relatives and the development of rural food in the construction of rural tourism;In terms of rural tourism promotion,emphasis should be put on the construction of word-of-mouth,combined with various marketing methods such as WeChat public number and online booking.On the tourism experience project,a variety of tourism products should be combined,both internally and externally.While establishing regional core tourism products,,Pay attention to the reasonable collocation of different types of scenic spots in the design of tourist routes to form a good combination of regional attractions.In rural tourism construction,to achieve sustainable economic development,Gaigyang rural tourism development and construction workers should be government-oriented construction,and actively encourage local residents to participate,and effectively increase the income of local residents. |
