Research On The Impact Of International Technology Transfer On Chinese Manufacturing Innovation Performance

Since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy in the 1970s,China’s economic development has achieved amazing leaps.But as a developing country,China is an economic power,but it can hardly claim to be a technological power.Technological innovation,progress and development are of great importance to a country’s economic development and the promotion of comprehensive national strength.For technical development relative lag of countries,especially in some developing countries,to promote technological progress,in addition to largely depends on the internal research and test input,you can also use external resources,through the international market the technology spillover effect to obtain knowledge,it is using the knowledge of developed countries and the technical reserve,Further digestion,absorption,imitation and innovation,to achieve a much higher growth rate than the developed countries,so as to rapidly improve the level of domestic technology development,narrow the technology gap between the advanced countries.This article main research through the international technology transfer in different way to get technology spillover effect to our country enterprise technological innovation and the influence of this effect is related to technology intensity,in the case of manufacturing,from the industry level analysis of three different ways of international technology transfer,the foreign direct investment,international import and export trade and international technology trade is how to influence the technology innovation of different industries,and enterprises of different industries in our country for better digestion and absorption of international technology transfer in order to realize the technology innovation and development puts forward opinions and Suggestions.The empirical research shows that the technology spillover effect caused by foreign direct investment and international import and export trade has a positive promoting effect on the improvement of the innovation performance of Chinese manufacturing enterprises,while the international technology trade has a negative inhibiting effect,and this effect is closely related to the technology intensity.Industry technology absorption and transformation capacity plays a positive role in promoting the innovation performance of different industries in China’s manufacturing industry.The enhancement of technology absorptive capacity can effectively promote the positive impact of international technology transfer on China’s manufacturing technology innovation.
