Therefore, research the entering of MNCs and the transferring of technology to China's automobile industry whether enhance the international competitiveness and the size of China's automobile enterprises and the technical level has been raised and the extent to which has been raised, all types of automobile enterprises should adopt what kind of technology learning strategies will be a major study in this paper Capacity and purpose.This paper will first use multinational companies competing model shows that multinational corporations in competition in the market will inevitably have a technology transfer, leads a problem of the extent of technology transfer absorb. With "new diamond model", indicates the technology learning and innovation in enhancing the competitiveness of industries in the central role, once again discussed the importance of technical innovation and learning. The study shows that the technology spillover effect of MNCs has accelerated the improvement level of Chinese automobile industry. However, the spillover effect on domestic Automobile Corporation is not such perfect. And the result suggests that there is a negative correlative between the FDI and domestic corporation's output in Chinese automobile industry, namely that the endogenous technical ability of domestic corporation was not improved.Against with the regression analysis we can think that the auto industry in China to enhance its international competitiveness is to develop the independent auto industry, the development of independent automobile industry, should start from technology learning and innovation.
