International Technology Transfer Perspective Of Enterprise Technical Capacity Growth Model

The growth of global economy depends more and more on the progress of science and technology. Science and technology is also playing an increasingly important role in the development of many countries. Because enterprises are micro components of the whole national economic system, the state of development of enterprise's technology is not only concerning enterprise's survival and development, but also influencing orbit and speed of the development of the whole national economy. More than twenty years such after reforming and opening, China economy has already incorporated into global economy, but the development of technology is not ideal very much. Chinese enterprises have introduced a lot of foreign technology, but it doesn't help much to the growth of enterprise's technological ability. As a big developing country, the increase of technology ability for our Chinese enterprises should not merely depend on research and development all by themselves; they should even use the advanced technological knowledge of outside and management ideas flexibly. By international technology transfer will enterprises realize the constant development in technology, from all above points, my dissertation study mainly on increasing mode of the enterprise's technology ability in the process of international technology transfer.Enterprises, as technology acceptors in my dissertation should choose, absorb and apply rightly in the ways of international technology transfer, based on which, enterprises should recombine the elements of enterprise's technology ability: technological foundation, human resources, organization and information, promoting their technology level and technology learning capacity constantly, thus improving enterprise's technology ability ,achieving the purpose of enterprise's autonomous innovation finally.Through the analysis characteristics and ways of international technology transfer and the technology gap with the developed countries, combining the theory of technology life cycle, we can find out ways to promote enterprise's technology level and technology learning capacity under the process of international technology transfer.
