Study On The Development Of Rural Residential Buildings In Huizhou

Rural home stay,as a new way of tourism accommodation,plays an important role in promoting rural economic development,driving farmers to get rich,and eliminating the imbalance of urban and rural economic development.It is of great significance to promote the coordinated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,protect the rural ecological environment and realize the strategy of rural revitalization.In recent years,the rural home stay industry in Huizhou has developed rapidly,forming five home stay clusters,such as Boluo Fushan,Longmen Nankunshan,Huizhou West Lake,Huidong Yanzhou Island and Daya Bay Home stay Group,and gradually established regional home stay brands.Although rural homestays develop rapidly,Huizhou homestay industry is still in the primary stage,with high similarity in hardware facilities,mutual imitation and lack of characteristics.In terms of leisure experience,it mainly focuses on simple agricultural activities such as sightseeing and picking,and lacks the exploration of "leisure","sharing" and "experience" of the core value of homestay.This situation cannot meet the tourists’ increasing demand for tourism,restricts the development of the whole home stay industry,and hinders the construction of new countryside in Huizhou.Based on literature review and field investigation,this paper takes the development of rural home stay facilities in Huizhou as the research object.Based on literature analysis and concept definition,this paper conducts field research on the development status of rural home stay facilities in Huizhou,summarizes the characteristics and existing prominent problems of the development of rural home stay facilities,and explores the causes of the problems.Based on the development experience of home stay facilities at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the development countermeasures.The main content includes six parts:The first Part:Introduction.The research background,purpose and significance,literature review and main research methods are described.The second part:Concept definition and theoretical basis.This paper expounds the main concepts of rural home stay and the theoretical basis of the analysis.Part Three:Analysis of the status quo of huizhou rural homestays;The fourth part:Analyzes the main problems and causes of Huizhou home stay;The fifth part:The typical experience of developed countries and domestic rural home stay development;Part Six:Countermeasures.Specific countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of overall planning,strengthening brand building,introducing policies and systems to support the operation of home stay brand,development and environmental pollution control.
