Tai’an City Rural Home Stay Development Research

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard,the team tourism of a quick tour is gradually unable to meet people’s demand for tourism,and the consumption potential of high-quality rural tourism is huge.Vigorously developing rural b&b can effectively improve the accommodation conditions of rural tourism,solve the problem of insufficient reception capacity of rural tourism,and further stimulate residents’ consumption.Tai’an City is a famous tourist city with large and small historical sites and scenic spots around the city.Rich tourism resources have laid a foundation for the emergence and development of Tai ’ an City rural b&b.In 2016,the 13 th five-year plan for tourism development in shandong province proposed to promote the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism in the principle of protecting the original rural ecology.We formulated and implemented administrative measures and service specifications for dormitory administrators,and supported the planning and construction of a number of mid-to-high-end home stays.Tai’an City seized the opportunity to develop rural b&b.At present,with the "point,belt,face" situation distributed in each village,according to ctrip,Tai’an City has 89 rural b&bs.The author thinks that rural b&bs are more characteristic of providing local services for tourists,while urban b&bs tend to rent apartments for a short time.This paper analyzes the characteristics of Tai’an City rural b&b from three aspects: business entity,type of b&b and theme type.From the home stay facility environment,traffic conditions,facilities,equipment,home design aspects such as service quality customer satisfaction questionnaire,the survey data in the Spss software,the results show that there are more respondents from shandong province city,surrounding the more developed areas and a second-tier cities in China,their common for young people with higher education and income level is higher,they love to driving cars with family for holidays.When choosing to live in a b&b,I like a b&b that can relieve the pressure of life and work,get close to nature and have local characteristics.There are certain requirements for home stay service,surrounding environment and surrounding supporting facilities.Based on the field investigation,in-depth interviews with the owners and managers of Tai’an City rural b&b,combined with the questionnaire results,the existing problems of Tai’an City rural b&b were analyzed from the aspects of government,operation and management,internal environment of the industry and tourists’ cognition.On how to solve the existing problems to promote the healthy and standardized development of Tai’an City rural b&b,the new b&b concept of developing high quality,high quality and harmoniousenvironment and the new b&b model of scale,diversification,characteristic,brand and industrialization are put forward.
