Research On The Development Of Agricultural Informatization In Zigong City

Throughout the world,agriculture provides the necessary food,fuel and fiber for human survival,and is also an important source of household income.China’s agriculture has been developing for thousands of years,all the accumulated information is very rich,which exist in agriculture,including agricultural resources,production,plant diseases and insect pests,processing of agricultural products and other information,to make some contribution to these information together for the construction of agricultural information.The establishment of a perfect agricultural information can promote the rapid and sustainable development of agriculture.Western developed countries have completed three stages of agricultural informatization.In the process of agricultural informatization abroad,the United States,Germany,France,Australia,Japan and other countries are in a leading position in agricultural information technology,and South Korea and India have started late.However,it has developed rapidly and is based on local conditions to build agricultural information according to local conditions.Therefore,it has developed well and its development ideas are worth learning from other countries.The importance and utilization of agricultural information technology in China is relatively late,government financial input is increasing,policies and laws and regulations have been promulgated,the agricultural information network system has been gradually established,and the construction of agricultural information facilities has been continuously strengthened.The application level of agricultural information technology has been continuously improved.This article is based on detailed data,including the cultural quality,age structure,agricultural information channels of the agricultural population,and based on the status quo of zigong informatization and existing problems.This study takes the agricultural information of Zigong city as a sample,through a large number of literature analysis,to visit the city.The natural conditions in Zigong city is good,suitable for the development of modern agriculture,the government and the villagers unremittingly efforts,agricultural information and agricultural industrialization level increased steadily,the agricultural cooperative progress,rapid development of modern agriculture in Zigong city are.However,there are still some problems and shortcomings in agricultural information,and the appropriate solutions are proposed:According to the status of Zigong city and the function of information management system is not perfect,the replacement information lag,unified planning in agricultural information from the city’s level,agricultural development planning of Zigong City,the deployment of agricultural information in Zigong city from the global level.The Zigong agricultural information service content practicability and maneuverability,the city has not built a unified application platform and the corresponding standard in the application,present situation of a large number of resources and information resources can not fully play its due role in the development of Zigong’s agricultural information service platform,a full range of data integration,the realization of agricultural data sharing common.Aiming at the lack of specialized technical personnel of agricultural information and insufficient capital investment problems,proposed the establishment of agricultural information special department,the introduction of preferential policies to attract talented people to multi angle,widely absorb the funds in the whole society,from the policy to solve the agricultural information menace from the rear.In summary,the agricultural information in Zigong city should support strong radiation of the leading enterprises,the coordination of all aspects of government,farmers and enterprises to promote the advantages of rapid implementation of Zigong agricultural modernization,information team training high quality,farmers continue to learn the latest knowledge of agricultural science and technology,enterprises should actively understand the market trends,production in accordance with the requirements of the market,and combining with the farmers,led farmers to get rich together.
