Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Digital Agriculture Development In Dalia

Digital economy is a kind of economic activity that develops the fastest,creates the most active and radiates the widest range.It has become a new driving force and a new engine for various industries.Digital agriculture is the driving force for the transformation and development of traditional agriculture,and an important starting point for creating new agriculture,cultivating new farmers and building beautiful villages.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should speed up the building of an agricultural country and strengthen support for agricultural science and technology and equipment.As a new mode of agricultural production,digital agriculture can use digital and information as a production factor in every link of agricultural production,which is of great significance to accelerate the precision of agricultural production and operation,intelligent management and service,and sustainable green development.It also plays an important role in the construction of an agricultural power.As an important economic city in Liaoning province,Dalian has taken the lead in carrying out digital agriculture construction activities,which has opened up a new road for promoting the development of agricultural modernization in Dalian.Although the current development of digital agriculture in Dalian has a certain scale,and relevant government agencies have formulated some policies and plans for the development of digital agriculture,it is still in an initial stage of exploration,and there are still some problems in the development process.This paper takes the digital agriculture of Dalian City as the research object,adopts the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and field interview method,adopts the qualitative and quantitative methods,based on the concepts and theories related to digital agriculture,firstly discusses the development status of the digital agriculture of Dalian City,and finds that the digital agriculture of Dalian City has a good development prospect and great development potential.At present,the construction of digital service platform in Dalian has been continuously improved,the application of agricultural Internet of Things data has achieved remarkable results,the e-commerce of agricultural products has made remarkable achievements,the coverage of information infrastructure construction has been significantly enhanced,and the construction of agricultural product quality and safety traceability system has achieved remarkable results.Based on the development status of Dalian digital agriculture,the paper discusses the prominent problems in the development process of Dalian digital agriculture.At present,there are the following problems in the construction of Dalian digital agriculture: the integration degree of traditional agricultural production and digital technology is not enough,the operation cost of digital equipment is high and the capital investment is insufficient,the digital agriculture market is not mature,and the competitiveness of agricultural products is not strong;Agricultural digital technology research and development efforts are not enough,the original innovation ability is not strong.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the development of Dalian digital agriculture,a series of countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,including: using digital technology to help digital agricultural production,innovating information service system,consolidating the foundation of industrial upgrading;Establish information guarantee system,improve the quality of agricultural products;We will improve the digital technology innovation system and enhance the creative ability of applying digital technology.The research on Dalian digital agriculture provides practical development strategies for the development of Dalian digital agriculture,and builds Dalian into a leading and innovative area of digital agriculture in Liaoning province,so as to promote agricultural efficiency improvement,farmers’ income increase and high-quality rural development in Dalian.
