| Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,supply-side structural reform in the field of transportation in our country has achieved remarkable results,and positive progress has been made in the construction of relevant multi-modal transport demonstration projects.However,there are still many problems in the connection between the modes of transportation and the structure of transportation.There is still a big gap between the development level of multi-modal transportation and that of developed countries.At the same time,along with the vigorous development of the transportation industry,the energy consumption in our country is growing year by year,and the problem of environmental pollution and energy shortage is becoming increasingly prominent.In this situation,the transport industry should adhere to the concept of green and sustainable development,to formulate and improve the green transport policies;When choosing transportation mode,logistics enterprises should choose reasonable combination mode and transportation path to reduce carbon emission in multi-modal transportation.The study of green multi-modal transport route optimization is helpful to promote the low-carbon transport of enterprises,and is of great significance to regional logistics integration and the green and sustainable development of regional economy.Firstly,this paper investigates and analyzes related issues such as route optimization of multi-modal transport and green multi-modal transport.On this basis,it defines the calculation method of carbon emissions,calculates the carbon emissions of three transport modes,and includes the goal of "reducing carbon emissions as much as possible" into the study of multi-modal transport path model.The multi-modal route optimization problem of Handan-Dalian transportation line is studied.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the green multi-modal transport path optimization,a green multi-modal transport path optimization model was constructed which considered the time,economic cost and carbon emission cost comprehensively,and ant colony algorithm was designed as its solution algorithm.According to the relevant data of the line,the optimized multi-modal transportation path is calculated by using the model and method constructed,and a green multi-modal transportation path optimization scheme is provided for this line transportation.Compared with the results,it can be seen that according to the optimization scheme proposed in this paper,a better cost can be obtained than the existing single transportation mode.The results of this study provide quantitative basis for the multi-modal transport operators to reduce the cost under the low-carbon transport policy,and provide reference for the logistics policy makers. |
