| In the early days of the founding of the country,the upsurge of learning Soviet Union,learning Soviet news experience is its important content.As a part of Chinese journalism history,Wuhan local journalism history has great research value.Therefore,this paper takes Yangtze River Daily and Hubei Daily,the representative newspapers of Wuhan in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,as examples,and adopts the literature research method and the comparative research method to explore the specific situation of Wuhan newspapers learning the Soviet news experience.After the founding of New China,the socialist newspaper system was established in the whole country following the example of the Soviet Union,and the Wuhan Party newspaper system was also established.Due to the change of the party’s identity,the change of the newspaper’s task and the existing problems of the newspaper itself,Wuhan newspaper is in urgent need of reform,and learning the Soviet news experience has become a shortcut to run a good newspaper.Wuhan newspaper mainly learns the experience of Soviet news from the following four aspects: First,newspaper propaganda.Emphasizing the propaganda of theory and economy;Two,newspaper management.Implement the editorial board system,divide the divisions according to different aspects of society,and set up "sober minds" and "flying assemblies";Three,Mass work.Attaching importance to letters from readers,correspondent work and the establishment of newspaper reading groups;Four,news business.Mainly to learn the Soviet Union critical report essay form,easy to understand newspaper style,the correct formulation and implementation of the planning system and the "mail and hair together" newspaper distribution mode.In the process of learning Soviet news,Wuhan Newspaper also combined with the fine tradition and work style established after the Liberation Daily was revised in 1942,the news work has been greatly improved,and the Party spirit principle has been adhered to.However,there are many problems in the process of "transplanting" the Soviet experience,such as the dogmatism,the lack of innovation,the loss of excellent traditions and so on.After 1954,China’s learning of Soviet news experience was direct and blunt.The root cause of the problem lies in the difference of "field" between the two countries.For example,the difference of historical environment,practical needs and actual situation hindered the successful "transplantation" of Soviet news experience.In 1956,under the call of the Communist Party of China to "take the Soviet Union as a mirror" and the drive of People’s Daily,Wuhan newspaper also carried out the news reform,the newspaper took on a new look.Through the study of learning Soviet news experience in Wuhan newspaper,we realized that learning any method and experience should be combined with China’s national conditions and specific realities.In the future learning process,we should introduce and learn from the theories and experiences of other countries with critical thinking,so as to achieve the principle of "self-oriented,for my own use". |
