Research On The Exhibition Of Zunyi Museum From The Perspective Of Regional Culture

In the new era,as an important position of cultural construction,museums play an irreplaceable role in improving people’s quality,promoting excellent traditional culture and promoting the prosperity and development of local culture.In practice,the organic combination of exhibition and regional culture is a subject that needs to be tackled in the development and construction of many local museums.Zunyi,located in the north of Guizhou,has a long history.The material cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage together constitute Zunyi’s rich regional culture.Zunyi Museum,built on the rich history and culture of Zunyi,plays a vital role in the protection and publicity of Zunyi regional culture.As an important driving force to promote the development of Zunyi Museum,regional culture has also opened up a world that needs to be continuously explored for Zunyi Museum to create exhibitions with local characteristics.Based on this,this paper mainly uses the methods of literature analysis,field investigation,oral history and system analysis to study the exhibition of Zunyi Museum.The civilization in Zunyi region originated from the Paleolithic Age.With the development of historical process,Zunyi’s culture has formed its own characteristics in exchange and integration.Both material culture and intangible culture reflect the typical characteristics of Zunyi regional culture from different levels,such as early origin,inheritance in development,diversified integration of forms,inclusiveness and openness,and pursuit of innovation.According to Zunyi regional culture and the unique characteristics of these cultures,Zunyi Museum has selected ancient culture,Pu people culture,Dansha culture,Yin Zhen culture,Tusi culture,beach culture,wine culture,folk culture,Nuo culture and third-line construction culture to create the basic exhibition of Beauty of Zunyi,and adopted rich form design to assist the exhibition to highlight Zunyi’s regional cultural characteristics.However,with the development of the times and the people’s expectations and requirements for museums,Zunyi Museum has three shortcomings in the existing exhibitions: the incomplete display of regional culture,the relatively backward display methods and the limitations of exhibiting cultural relics.Suggestions to make up for these deficiencies are: adding regional cultural display content,enriching the display information of cultural relics exhibits,strengthening the display of intangible items,enriching the forms of display design and adding digital display means.At the same time,according to Zunyi Museum’s understanding of regional culture and exhibition experience,there are also some inspirations for similar museums to pay attention to the study of urban history and cultural relics,highlight the core content of regional culture and highlight local characteristics,pay attention to the form of display design to contrast local style,and pay attention to the audience’s visit experience and gain.
