Analysis Of The Exhibition Of Regional Cultural Characteristics Expressed In Chenggu County Museum

Since 2008,the museums are free to the public,the museums have received more and more political and financial supports,which promote the development and prosperity of the cultural entrepreneurship.As an important institution for the cultural enlightment & education,people expect more than ever before from the museums.Globalization brings economic prosperity,which at the same time results in a thousand similar modern cities,but the charm of a city still lies in her unique history and culture,which can be called her "original marks".Local museums are the first place to look for her originalities and characteristics.Therefore,local museums not only shoulder the responsibility of collecting and preserving cultural relics,but also the important task of inheriting local culture and maintaining its uniqueness.As the museums are open to the public,the exhibition functions plays a great role in displaying the history and interpreting the individuality of local "original marks".This paper takes the newly-built Museum of Chenggu county and its exhibition as an example,to analyze how it reveals the regional cultural characteristics of Chenggu county from both the determination of the themes and the form designing of the exhibition.In addition,the author suggests that the museum visiting can be combined with the regional tourism,and some reasonable suggestions as joining in the eco-tourism project and designing some cultural participating projects,in hope that the audiences can have better recognition of regional culture of Chenggu in the experience of these activities.
