A Study On The Interpersonal Communication Of Urban Square Daning Women

As a kind of leisure activity,urban square dance is an important communication platform for the masses.In order to pool women’s strength,local women’s federations set up "Women’s square dance federations" among their square dance teams,to bring new space for the interpersonal transmission of middle-aged and elderly women.This study investigated the women group under the Women’s Square Dancing Federation,analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of interpersonal communication based on square dancing,to explore practical issues such as how they complete social integration and realize the meaning of life in the city.And explore the obstacles in the process of interpersonal communication,and put forward countermeasures.This study uses the methods of Participant Observation and Intensive Interview and other research methods to truly describe the process of interpersonal communication of urban square dancing women.This study took Guigang,Guangxi as the investigation site,and selected square dance teams organized by two square dance women’s federations.In addition,this study conducte intensive interviews with five persons in charge of women’s Federation of square dancing and thirty square dancing women.By joining Wechat groups of square dancing teams and adding social accounts of square dancing women,kept a long-term track of the network social dynamics of square dancing women,and comprehensively grasped the interpersonal communication behaviors of square dancing ladies.In order to explore the influential factors of interpersonal communication among elderly women in square dance,this study analyzed the news reports of "square dance" in Guangxi Cloud Client and expounded the social environment for the development of square dance.The study found that,as a special group brought together by dancing,urban square dancing women also participated in volunteer service activities,Wechat group chat,outing and other communication methods to deepen their interpersonal interaction and enhance the connection of interpersonal relationship.In the process of interpersonal communication,the urban square dance woman shows the following characteristics: Core members have a lot of influence,and individuals attach great importance to self-realization;The scene communication is obvious and the interpersonal communication space is diversified.The communication content is partial entertainment,and the behavior implies spiritual pursuit.Urban square dance has greatly satisfied the communication needs of middle-aged and elderly women,and has played a positive role in maintaining interpersonal relationship and building dancer community.However,the study found that there are still some problems in the process of interpersonal communication of urban square dancing woman:Stratification makes it difficult for individuals to integrate into groups,the shortage of communication space fails to meet the needs of woman,and the complicated content may cause the risk of information distortion.This study puts forward the following suggestions: Play the role of core members as Bridges to improve communication between groups;Optimize the interactive space of interpersonal communication and promote the diversification of communication methods;strengthen the organization construction of square dance and create a good field for communication and public opinion.
