| Smallholder production development is an important supplement to rural industrial revitalization,requiring low resource and capacity endowment of smallholders,and is important for preventing the problem of poverty return,resisting natural or social risks such as epidemics,and stabilizing the effectiveness of poverty eradication.Only by establishing a smallholder + e-commerce market that generally agrees with the value of smallholder production and a nested market that embeds smallholder production and consumption relationships in social relationships can smallholder production improve its efficiency and effectively increase the value of smallholder production.In the practice of smallholder production,there is a real dilemma of not being able to establish nested markets.By connecting remote villages and urban communities offline and small farmers and urban consumers online with a special platform for small farmers’ e-commerce,blockchain technology can build a new model of small farmers’ production and form a nest-like market with online and offline integration and safety.The implementation of the new model of "blockchain+" smallholder production can guarantee the barrier-free direct connection between smallholder farmers and urban consumers,effectively screen urban consumers who agree with the value of smallholder farmers in a limited way and expand the scale of smallholder production in remote areas to enhance the convenience of circulation,and fundamentally solve the problem that smallholder production cannot establish a nested market.To this end,the government needs to take measures to build a comprehensive platform for "blockchain + smallholder" production,optimize the operating environment and improve the infrastructure.How to make full use of modern science and technology,especially blockchain technology,to innovate rural revitalization methods based on the existing rural e-commerce,to solve the dilemma that smallholder production cannot establish a nested market and thus lacks stability,to improve the ability of smallholder production to resist natural or social risks such as epidemics,and to enhance the value of smallholder production is the problem that this paper tries to solve.This paper uses literature research method,theoretical analysis method and case study method to explain the current situation of smallholder production development and analyze the causes of the development dilemma,describe and analyze the case,construct a new model of "blockchain + smallholder" production development,analyze the operation mechanism of the new model of smallholder production development,and on this basis,propose a new model of stable smallholder development and rural development.On the basis of this,we propose policy recommendations to stabilize the development of small farmers and revitalize the countryside. |
