Design And Optimization Of Cold Chain Logistics Model Based On Genetic Algorithm

With the rapid development of logistics in China,the construction of China’s cold chain logistics system is gradually strengthened.It is of great practical significance to study and solve the problems existing in cold chain logistics for logistics scientific research and cold chain logistics enterprise management.At present,there is a big gap between the cost level of domestic cold chain transport industry and developed countries.With the continuous development of cold chain transportation,the demand of logistics is increasing,which leads to the expansion of the scale of cold chain logistics industry.Cold chain transport has the characteristics of safety,low cost and high efficiency,but the high cost of cold chain transport is also one of the main problems facing the logistics industry.This paper summarizes the application of cold chain vehicle routing strategy in vehicle routing problem with time window and summarizes the research on cold chain vehicle routing method.From the perspective of cost and time,the running cost of distribution,transportation and other links of cold chain logistics and the time cost of the total driving time were included into the overall cost index of the logistics system,and the vehicle routing optimization model of cold chain logistics was established.The improved genetic algorithm was used,which has the performance characteristics of strong parallel optimization ability,strong robustness,global optimization and not easy to fall into the local extreme value.Through the analysis of the cold chain logistics example of Beijing Kangyipin agricultural products Logistics company,the results show that under the condition of meeting the time window,the genetic algorithm can be used to solve,so that the path is more optimized,the use of fewer vehicles to distribute more cities,so that the manufacturers get better economic benefits.This model and algorithm have important theoretical and practical significance in the future cold chain transportation of agricultural products.
