Due to its unique technical characteristics,eye movement tracking technology has unique performance characteristics in interactive behavior and application scenarios,which is very consistent with the high degree of freedom experience of virtual reality,and provides a new design idea and research system for the field of virtual reality user experience.Therefore,with the interactive experience theory as the research background,through the analysis of eye movement interaction technology and the understanding of behavioral characteristics,this topic is put into the field of virtual reality experience for in-depth investigation,trying to explore the design strategy of eye movement tracking system in the field of virtual reality,in order to provide theoretical support and relevant practical reference for the application of eye movement technology in virtual reality.First,based on the research of virtual reality interactive experience,this paper proposes the feasibility of introducing eye tracking.Starting from the classification of eye movement behavior and aiming at the current application status of eye movement tracking technology in virtual reality,this paper discusses the interaction mode of eye movement behavior,user experience evaluation and fixation point rendering technology,and concludes that eye movement interaction has intuitive and natural,fast and accurate,continuous and diverse behavior characteristics.At the same time,the paper analyzes the current status of eye tracking applications in virtual reality,and finds that there is a lack of design norms for eye movement interactive interfaces in practical applications,and problems such as interface cognition and interaction are difficult to understand.Subsequently,this paper experimentally verified the size specification of eye movement interaction interface,the difference of interaction energy efficiency of eye movement interaction compared with handle interaction in selection and following behavior,and the optimal waiting time interval of fixation interaction mode,so as to verify the feasibility of applying eye movement interaction to virtual reality experience.Secondly,this paper obtains the virtual reality eye movement interaction design strategy at the level of interactive interface,application scenario and behavior pattern design,and completes the development of virtual reality eye movement interaction application practice with this guidance.The practical part includes the high-precision three-dimensional reconstruction of the cultural heritage of Huishan Temple’s front yard,and on the basis of which the process design and implementation of eye movement interaction experience are completed.After the practice is completed,users are invited to complete the same interactive task by using eye movement and gamepad to evaluate the practice of eye movement interactive experience,so as to verify the usability of the application practice of eye movement interaction,and further build a theoretical framework for applying eye movement interaction to virtual reality experience.
