Since entering the 21st century,the construction of China’s digital society has entered a period of rapid development.Digital technology has continuously penetrated into every field of human social activities,bringing human beings into the digital media era of "everything is media" and "everything is integrated by media".With the integrated application of digital media in the field of archival information communication,it presents new characteristics of immediacy,interaction,individuation and sense of control,which further extends the audience’s perception dimension and behavior system.In the digital media environment,the psychological characteristics and behavior of the audience can reflect the transmission effect of archival information.From the perspective of digital media,this paper analyzes the current application status of digital media in the field of archival information communication,including portal websites,wechat public accounts,short video accounts,digital virtual space,etc,and objectively explains the expression forms of audience communication activities and their response.By means of questionnaire survey,the activity status and results of five aspects of cognitive understanding,emotional response,memory processing,behavioral intention and self-worth in the psychological development process of archival information communication audience were investigated.In order to effectively deal with the negative psychological problems of the audience in the process of utilization,it is advocated to optimize the archive information environment and enhance the audience’s self-awareness to achieve psychological adjustment.
