In April 2006,the Ministry of Commerce issued the "China Time-honored Brand" Recognition Specification(Trial),which clarifies the recognition standards for time-honored enterprises,laying a foundation for orderly promotion of the development and revitalization of time-honored enterprises;In 2017,16 ministries including the Ministry of Commerce and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Reform,Innovation and Development of Time-honored Brands",which requires deepening the reform,innovation and development of "time-honored" enterprises,taking protecting and inheriting time-honored brands as the foundation,and promoting the activation of multiple values of "time-honored" enterprises.Under the strong promotion of the state,in2017,Yangzhou City also issued the "Yangzhou Time-honored Brands" Identification Method(Trial Implementation).In addition to further refining the identification standards for time-honored enterprises based on local actual conditions,it also organized and conducted a "time-honored brand" census,improved the "time-honored brand" archives,and encouraged local governments to carry out the identification work of time-honored brands,in order to fully discover and explore a number of time-honored brands with local characteristics.The development of archives resources of time-honored enterprises in Yangzhou has created conditions for the inheritance and prosperity of the culture of time-honored enterprises in Yangzhou,and can also revitalize the regional brand culture contained therein.The development of archives resources of time-honored enterprises in Yangzhou plays a pivotal role in the future development of time-honored enterprises and even in the cultural inheritance of Yangzhou.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to choose the topic of research on the development of archival resources in time-honored enterprises in Yangzhou.The development of archival resources for time-honored enterprises in Yangzhou is a systematic project that integrates political,regional,and academic aspects.This article discusses the development of archival resources in time-honored enterprises in Yangzhou from a scientific and systematic perspective through field research on the development of archival resources in time-honored enterprises in Yangzhou.It mainly consists of the following parts:On the basis of full investigation and research,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of archives resources of nine China Time-honored Brand in Yangzhou,and explores the achievements of the development of archives resources of nine China Time-honored Brand in Yangzhou from three aspects: archives development exhibition,archives documentary,and archives compilation and research.Through in-depth analysis of the current situation of the development of archives resources of nine China Time-honored Brand in Yangzhou,this paper points out that there are specific problems in the current development work,such as lack of attention,lack of basic guarantee,lack of coordination and cooperation,etc.In view of the problems existing in the development of archives resources of nine China Time-honored Brand in Yangzhou area,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures.First,from the perspective of enterprise heads and archives departments,we should pay more attention to them;Secondly,it is necessary to improve the basic guarantee of funds,talents,and systems;Finally,it is necessary to strengthen cooperation,coordination and development,adhere to the principle of mutual benefit,form joint forces,and achieve resource integration.
