The Time-honored Brand usually refers to those who have a long history of national culture,generations of heritage products and techniques,can be recognized by the community,forming a good reputation of the brand.Time-honored Brand archives is the Time-honored Brand in the creation,production management,technology management and social service has formed in the process of traditional features and have kept the value of the text,data,graphics,objects,audio and other forms of historical records,it carries the Time-honored Brand culture,is the guarantee of continuity.In the past,due to natural damage,political impact,the legal system is not perfect,consciousness problems,only by way of oral inheritance and transformation of the old city and so on,so that the Time-honored Brand archives faces number,quality,variety,location dispersion problems.The situation is grim and the task is arduous,need further analysis and research.This paper intends to study the detailed content of archives,mainly focus on the special group of Time-honored Brand archives,and selected quite well-known and archives work done better Quanjude Group as an example,complemented with domestic and foreign typical cases to study.This paper sorts out the types of archives which are mainly involved in the Time-honored Brand.Image archives include:History Archives,Honor archives,symbol archives,etc.Operational archives include:concept archives,contract agreements,system standards,technical products,investigation archives,etc.Secondly,the paper puts forward that the Time-honored Brand archives mainly play the three roles of the witness of the cultural construction,the support of the revenue generating and the guardian of the intellectual property rights.Finally,from the internal and external enterprises,the paper puts forward the specific methods and strategies that can be used in the future work.The innovation of this article mainly lies in the following aspects:firstly,this paper compared to previous studies is more systematic and comprehensive introduction to the Time-honored Brand archives and archival work,construct the Time-honored Brand archives service framework,both theoretical basis and practical methods,in addition to the article from the cultural perspective of the function of archives,also mentioned other articles less involved in the archives in the management,artistic creation and protection of intellectual property rights.Second,this article selects more real cases,so that we can directly and profoundly recognize the role of Time-honored Brand archives,and other old brands can be used for reference and adoption.Thirdly,this paper puts forward some specific and enlightened views,such as:the file is the source of Time-honored Brand creation,t the whole process of creation includes selection,reconstruction,interpretation,dissemination,evaluation of five stages;put forward the Time-honored Brand archives in the intellectual property rights mainly applied to identify the application and litigation rights;Pay attention to consumers is another major subject of Time-honored Brand archives service,thus the introduction of knowledge of psychology,from the consumer perception,attention,memory,demand,satisfaction,customer contact point and opinion leaders to explore such Time-honored Brand archives in the customer psychological impact and through which way to enhance the Time-honored Brand archives to give customers the best experience.In addition,the archives in the communication process in the source,channel and sink to produce "noise",this paper proposes to reduce the "noise" method.
