| In recent years,our country’s digital economy has shown a trend of rapid development.In2021,our country’s digital economy ranked second in the world with a scale of 7.06 trillion US dollars.The scale of the digital economy accounts for 39.8% of the country’s GDP.The digital economy,whose growth rate is much higher than the overall growth rate of our country’s economy,has become an important engine to promote our country’s economic development.Supported by national policies and forced by the COVID-19 epidemic,more and more companies have begun to accelerate the process of digital transformation,and have begun to apply digital technology to production and management.Time-honored brands have both commercial and cultural value and are of great significance to our country.However,many problems have been exposed in the process of development.At present,the survival situation of time-honored enterprises is generally not optimistic.Digital transformation may bring opportunities for their development.Based on the analysis of the development status and development difficulties of time-honored enterprises,the article analyzes the factors that drive time-honored enterprises to urgently undergo digital transformation from the perspectives of changes in consumer demand and the need for optimized management.Then,from the perspective of industry selection and enterprise selection,the reasons for choosing Luzhou Laojiao as the case company are introduced,and the development process of Luzhou Laojiao and the path of digital transformation are sorted out.Finally,comprehensively analyze the performance changes before and after the digital transformation of Luzhou Laojiao.On the basis of using financial indicators to analyze its financial performance,combined with the balanced scorecard and entropy weight TOPSIS method to study the comprehensive performance of enterprises before and after digital transformation,and strive to more fairly evaluate the impact of digital transformation on enterprise performance from both financial and non-financial dimensions.The study found that due to their own operating difficulties and the impact of changes in the external environment,the survival conditions of time-honored enterprises are generally not optimistic,and they urgently need to carry out digital transformation to maintain their own sustainable development.The financial performance of the case company Luzhou Laojiao has been significantly improved after digital transformation.Digital transformation has significantly improved Luzhou Laojiao’s ability to control costs,which is also the main reason for its improved profitability.In terms of non-financial performance,the company’s customer satisfaction,brand value and other customer relationship performance,as well as employee income generation,employee satisfaction and other learning and growth capabilities have also been enhanced.There are also points that enterprises need to pay attention to when carrying out digital transformation:on the one hand,there is a certain lag in the impact of digital transformation on performance;on the other hand,digital transformation requires large capital investment,which may have a certain impact on debt repayment ability.Finally,according to the research results,some suggestions are put forward for the digital transformation direction and future development of Luzhou Laojiao and time-honored enterprises,in order to help more time-honored enterprises take the road of digital transformation,break through the development bottleneck,and achieve sustainable development. |
