With the development of economy rapidly, more and more microcontroller systems have been applied and spreaded at industrial control than before. During the processing of grouting and water, if people can adopt the microcontroller system, much simple and duplicate manual work will decrease, even more, which is an important guarantee of the quality of the grouting and water project .During many foreign grouting projects'process,CAN technology have been used,however,which need much loss, the data memorizer that designed by me has the properties of receiving data from the other microcontroller system and sending data to pc automatically. And this method is very economicalJn order to improving the degree automatization at the project of grouting and water, a management software has been programmed which is described in my papers in details. Both of them meet the requires of the substructure project market. By the way, at present no another people explored such similar system serving for the project of grouting and water.The design of the automatic transmitting memorizer has been completed referring to many SCM(single chip micyoco) and communication principle books . I apply bus extent technique in the whole hardware design.The principle of selecting chip is ecomonical and meeting the system's function . The design of the automatic transmitting memorizer's cpu is 80C51. The software is compiled with Delphi which chart is accord to grouting and water criteron's requires. The anti-jamming capability of the automatic transmitting memorizer is strong. The software interface is beautiful and tractable. The item design satisfied the need of the market.
