The Platform Development For Knowlegdge Service Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Information Fusion Based On Cloud Computing

Now Chinese medicine research shows a good momentum, and the Chinese medicine researchers from different dimensions, different levels and different point of view to re-examine the connotation of Chinese traditional medicine world. From microscopic, traditional Chinese medicine research has reached the level of DNA, cell,protein which are related to the life sciences and the level of traditional Chinese medicine chemical molecules, compounds and pharmacophore research based on the material basis of TCM; From the macroscopic, traditional Chinese medicine combined with the body’s tissues, organs, nine systems to study the theory of Chinese medicine medicinal properties, compatibility theory system research. How to use the information to study traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on the micro and macro effects on human (and even animals) will become the focus of TCM informatics research in the future.By the technology of information fusion,we will gradually formed Chinese medicine characteristics of information fusion technology,traditional Chinese medicine information fusion based on traditional Chinese medicine targeted research direction.Traditional Chinese medicine will start from the perspective of Chinese medicine itself attribute information fusion based on principles of the basic theory of TCM, choosing meaningful information for research object, gradually forming system of TCM informatics research, and it will provide methodology guidance for traditional Chinese medicine or compound compatibility to treat disease. This paper is divided into the following main aspects:1. The architecture of knowledge service platform for traditional Chinese medicine information fusion based on cloud computingThis study, we will establish platform of Chinese medicine information fusion,including different applications, to meet uers’requirements for Chinese medicine knowledge based on the cloud computing virtualization technology; in supportment of the hardware, we will use the open source management system Drupal which has powerful content management capabilities, flexible expansion efficiency, ability to search for information fusion construct medicine knowledge service platform.2. Research of each traditional Chinese medicine information fusion platformThe knowledge service platform of Chinese medicine main contents TCM search platform, cloud-based virtual desktop group of traditional Chinese medicine information processing (this paper considers the matlab virtual desktops as an example to demonstrate), the platform of traditional Chinese medicine classroom community service, TCM related database system, TCM concept map knowledge systems.Compared with traditional search engines, TCM search platform as a search engine of traditional Chinese medicine based on cloud computing can be quickly grab traditional Chinese medicine profession information and reduce the information redundancy.Matlab cloud-based virtual desktop is a desktop-based application virtualization.This study selected NIR honeysuckle alcohol precipitation process of Bagging-PLS and Boosting-PLS model prediction performance to illustrate matlab cloud-based virtual desktop quickly and flexibly used in traditional Chinese medicine-related data processing.The platform of traditional Chinese medicine classroom community service can be integrate all aspects of medical resources and it uses the response design for different terminal visitors.This traditional Chinese medicine classroom is conducive to the interaction of learners, and lay the foundation for the further spread of medicine personnel. TCM related database system can provide free resources for traditional Chinese medicine researcher fast, flexible and medicine-related information fusion knowledge services. Traditional Chinese · medicine concept graph knowledge system is mainly for Chinese traditional medicine complex relationship and visualization concept map for mechanism analysis visualiz, and the concept map can be published on the network sharing, quickly spread the knowledge of visual Chinese medicine.Chinese medicine information fusion platform designed from different perspectives based on different users’ needs of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge, we rely on cloud computing technology to construct Chinese medicine information integration platform which can provide knowledge service for Chinese medicine scholars, also provide a platform for spreading the traditional Chinese medicine knowledge.
