The year 2020 is undoubtedly a watershed for the development of the real estate industry.The impact of the epidemic and the tightening supervision of the three red lines of financing make the real estate industry hovering in the crisis.In the face of the severe macro-control situation and the fierce competitive pressure,how to grow in the danger has become an urgent challenge that all real estate enterprises have to face.At the same time,in such a difficult environment,in addition to the development of products to meet the market demand,who can not only ensure the quality of engineering construction,but also do a good job in cost control,to achieve a reasonable project cost,that is,with the least investment,to get the maximum benefits,can finally win the initiative in the competition,to success.Therefore,how to do a good job in cost control,timely find and correct the cost deviation in the construction process,improve the market competitiveness and share of enterprises,this is the practical problem that all enterprises will eventually face.Enterprises are in urgent need of a communication platform that can obtain all kinds of information in real time,accurately and efficiently and achieve the purpose of cost control through the information obtained.With the rapid development of information technology,the efficiency,integration,standardization and sharing of ERP system have been widely recognized,and the information control means have come into being and developed rapidly.In this context,we study how to carry out cost control work based on ERP system,and expect that the research conclusions can provide reference suggestions for more cost control work of real estate projects.This article focuses on the H Company C project,To explore how to implement ERP system,The specific content are as follows: First,by reading domestic and foreign documents,To summarize and summarize the relevant theories,This serves as the theoretical basis of the research;Secondly,the basic situation of H company C project is introduced,It also expounds the current situation of the key stage of cost control of the project,And the problems and causes of the cost calculation stage,procurement bidding stage,project construction stage and cost difference analysis in the cost control are analyzed;then,The feasibility analysis of ERP system cost control based on H company C project;Put forward the objectives and design principles of the cost control and optimization scheme;Design the cost control optimization scheme based on ERP system for the key stages such as cost calculation stage,procurement and bidding stage,project construction stage and cost difference analysis,The actual effect of the commissioning stage of the optimization scheme is also analyzed;last,The conditions for ensuring the effective implementation of the cost control and optimization scheme are put forward.The conclusion shows that the ERP system can standardize the target cost calculation method and process,make the project target cost more accurate,refine the bidding plan step by step,optimize the contract implementation process,improve the management efficiency and shorten the process stagnation time,and develop the ERP system to optimize the cost control,improve the competitiveness of H Company in the industry and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the company.
