| With the development of information and electronics and other science and technology,the application field of ultra-precision equipment processing and manufacturing technology is more and more extensive,so as to put forward higher goals for the relevant measurement technology means.Measuring instruments in information and automation control system occupies an extremely important position,representing the development level of the industry.Foreign related industries started relatively early,in the measurement accuracy,reliability and stability has developed to a more mature stage.And the development status quo of domestic and abroad,there is a certain gap is difficult to meet the production requirements of the current domestic.The digital processing and display system of inductance sensor in this paper is designed to solve the problems of precision,stability and cost of domestic instruments.The main research content includes signal generation circuit design,phase-locked amplifier circuit design,singlechip software programming,PC software main interface design and testing system of performance indicators.The research results not only improve the precision and sensitivity of the digital display system,make the measurement experiment efficient,stable and reliable,but also save the time and resource consumption in the development process,and have important practical value and research significance for the future geometric parameter measurement,dynamic error measurement and closed-loop control system of machine tools.The first to use Multisim simulation software simulation analysis was carried out on the design of signal processing circuit module,results show that the output voltage value of the measurement system and there is a positive correlation between the displacement values.Then use Altium Designer software to design and manufacture of PCB related work.After testing the quality of circuit boards and achieving the experimental requirements,the experimental platform of digital processing and display system of inductance sensors is set up.Finally,the QT Creator integrated development tool is used to design the upper computer interface,which can realize the function of measurement data display and preprocessing.The structural errors of inductance sensors are generally controlled by corresponding measures during manufacturing.The random errors in measurement process are removed by digital filtering program of median average filtering method.Using standard gauge block after10 times to calibrate the measuring system,using the least squares method for measuring data processing,and the fitting curve is obtained as the measurement result after calibration of the measuring system.For the precision,sensitivity and stability of the measurement system performance indexes such as test analysis,the accuracy is ±18),the sensitivity is0.11368)(1/8),and the stability is 0.58)/h.Compared with the current domestic and foreign research results of related industries,it has certain advantages to meet the expected goal of this project design. |
