Short videos are favored by more and more Internet users nowadays by virtue of their short,flat and fast advantages.With the continuous expansion of the short video market,short video vertical segments have emerged,and rural food short videos take rural food as a clue to link rural families,showing a vibrant rural life scene for viewers.Chinese food is not only about food and entertainment,but also a family-centered cultural phenomenon.The Chinese people’s understanding of home is carried in food,and the short videos of rural food precisely cater to this cultural phenomenon,using vivid images of daily rural food production to connect rural natural environment and rural family environment,touching viewers’ hearts with full of humanistic feelings and profound cultural connotation.By analyzing the current situation of rural food short videos,it is found that no matter from the origin of rural food production,the process of food production or the consumption after the food production is finished,the participation of rural families is inseparable,and the rural family dwelling,rural family artifacts and rural family characters appearing in the videos present a tangible rural family landscape,in addition,in rural food short videos,rural family characters In addition,in the short videos of rural food,the activities and exchanges of rural family characters often reflect some traditional Chinese family culture values,presenting an intangible rural family landscape.Therefore,among the media landscapes presented in rural food short videos,the rural family landscape is the most typical and deserves academic attention.Based on this,this paper takes rural food short videos as the research object and explores the family landscape presented by them.Firstly,the research background and the current situation of research are explained and sorted out;secondly,the research problem is determined,and the research sample of country food short videos is selected.We also sort out three characteristics of home landscape presentation in rural food short videos,namely,scenes favoring family warm life,characters concealing core family members and narrative highlighting family emotions;we summarize the motivation of home landscape presentation in rural food short videos: audience’s entertainment psychological demand,media technology and commercial capital;finally,we summarize the dilemma of family landscape presentation in rural food short videos.Finally,we summarize the dilemma of home landscape presentation in short rural food videos,which is mired in content homogenization,pseudo-reality and aesthetic generalization under the cover of landscape,and invasion of consumerism,and propose a tripartite optimization path that short rural food video content producers must base on the countryside and adhere to the original heart of small families,short video platforms must focus on modernity and maintain the environment of all people,and relevant government departments must clarify their rights and responsibilities and lead the country’s attention,in order to regulate the content of short rural food videos and home landscape presentation.In order to regulate the content production and home landscape presentation of rural food short videos,and in connection with the implementation of the current rural revitalization strategy,we will consider the home landscape presented in rural food short videos to help revitalize the countryside and contribute to the media power for the construction of rural culture.
