With the rapid development of e-commerce and instant logistics,urban logistics distribution industry is rising.However,due to the rapid increase of logistics demand,urban distribution industry is facing increasingly fierce competition and great pressure.In response to this challenge,the logistics industry has adjusted and planned,and urban distribution has become one of the key projects,which has received widespread attention.Many professionals believe that urban distribution cannot be viewed simply as a logistics operation,but should be deeply studied as a complete system,which should include multiple aspects such as mode,network and operation.At present,the relevant researches of joint distribution mostly stay in the theoretical level,and the application analysis is relatively few.Moreover,the form of enterprise cooperation is single,and the practical effect of joint distribution is not brought into play.This paper attempts to solve the problem of resource sharing and industry integration by introducing the joint distribution mode of "express + instant logistics".Instant logistics has idle resources,express companies need to share the distribution pressure,the two can complement each other,mutual benefit,in line with the needs of development.The distribution mode of "express + instant logistics" is not only innovative,but also has the conditions for realization.This paper takes sharing economy as the entry point.Firstly,the feasibility analysis of "express + instant logistics" joint distribution mode is carried out,and the operation mechanism and operation basis of "express + instant logistics" joint distribution mode are expounded,and on this basis,the mode design is carried out.Secondly,this paper studies the "express + instant logistics" joint distribution site-route optimization problem,and establishes a two-level site-route optimization model with capacity constraints.In order to better solve the location and distribution route planning of terminal joint distribution network,Lingo software is used to solve the three-stage algorithm.Thirdly,in-depth analysis is made on the "express + instant logistics" joint distribution mode,including the operation mode of the main business,the terminal outlets and the cross-regional distribution scheme,in order to achieve better results.After the completion of the network design of the "express + instant logistics" joint distribution mode,through the ISM model,the key factors affecting the operation are determined.And put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the effective operation of the model;Finally,through case analysis,the two-level site-path problem with capacity constraints is solved,and finally the joint distribution network site selection and distribution path planning scheme of "express + instant logistics" joint distribution mode is obtained.Through comparative analysis of joint distribution and separate distribution,it is found that joint distribution can effectively reduce enterprise costs,so as to achieve the best results. |
