Abstract/Summary:
With the development of industrial automation and intelligence,the time series data generated in factories presents a trend of massive growth.Because the processing efficiency of time series data is far higher than traditional relational databases,time series databases are currently being increasingly used in industrial production.However,programmable logic controllers(PLCs),which are at the core of industrial intelligence,currently lack the ability to control and interact with time series databases,unable to perform efficient time series data storage,and unable to perform automated time series data management.For engineers in the industrial field,real-time management of time series data is very important.They are the first responsible person for the storage and management of generated time series data,but they lack configuration tools that comply with the international standard IEC 61131-3 to facilitate operation.Therefore,in order to meet the current requirements of industrial intelligence for the control and interaction capabilities of time series data storage,this paper designs a method for generating functional blocks of time series databases based on the IEC 61131-3 standard.This method uses the construction and matching method of ontology model to obtain the mapping relationship of the time series database,and generates the required functional blocks of the time series database based on it,thereby facilitating the writing of PLC configuration programs for time series database storage and management.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the Open Metrics specification,an ontology based semantic model called OMO is defined for the structure of time series databases,and the corresponding ontology model of time series databases is generated accordingly;Then,an ontology matching method for generating concept mapping relationships between ontologies is proposed,which includes text similarity calculation and structural similarity calculation methods for concepts in the ontology model;(2)This paper proposes a method for generating time series database function blocks based on the provisions of the IEC 61131-3 international standard for function blocks.This method generates time series database function blocks based on the conceptual mapping relationship between time series databases and function blocks.The paper also studies the serialization method of time series database function blocks based on IEC 61131-10 standard;(3)In this paper,a tool for automatically generating time series database ontology models has been developed,and a tool for generating time series database function blocks has been developed.Through the experimental verification based on the constructed configuration program,PLC,and time series database in the real scene,the effectiveness and correctness of the method proposed in this paper to generate the mapping relationship from the time series database to the functional block,as well as the method to generate the relevant functional blocks of the time series database,have been proved.
