| As the domestic economy moves from a high growth phase to a qualitative development,the Chinese tourism industry faces significant opportunities and challenges.In this context,5G technology and "Internet+" will contribute significantly to the development of online travel agencies(OTAs)and tourist destinations.At the same time,the level and structure of tourism consumption has changed,with the 1990 s and post-1990 s being at the forefront of tourism consumption and placing new demands on smart tourism.Based on the theories related to the smart tourism supply chain and tourism symbiosis,this paper applies literature analysis,simulation analysis and empirical research.Firstly,from the symbiosis perspective,this study expands the smart tourism supply chain based on the theory of symbiosis,analyzes and categorizes the development of symbiosis between smart scenic areas and OTAs,and proposes the problems and causes of symbiosis between smart scenic areas and OTAs from the demand perspective.Then,based on the analysis of population symbiosis theory,a model of symbiosis between smart scenic areas and OTAs is constructed,and the equilibrium point of symbiosis development and its stability conditions are analyzed.The equilibrium point of symbiosis evolution is constructed and analyzed.Then,parameters of different smart scenic areas and OTAs are set and the model is simulated using MATLAB R2018 b software to show the evolution of symbiotic mode benefits of six symbiotic modes between symbiotic units and leading OTAs of third-level smart scenic areas.Finally,the symbiosis situation and the benefits under the symbiosis model are analyzed through the example of symbiosis between Huangshan Tourism and Ctrip.The paper reveals the following: first,an efficient symbiosis model can improve the overall profit,and the higher the coefficient of symbiosis between scenic areas and OTAs in the smart tourism supply chain,the higher the profit from symbiosis.Second,among the six models of symbiosis between smart scenic areas and OTAs,the symmetric mutual symbiosis model shows much higher final profit than the others,indicating that the symmetric mutual symbiosis model is the best choice for developing symbiosis between scenic areas and OTAs in the smart tourism supply chain.Thirdly,the symbiosis model and profit development of Huangshan Tourism and Ctrip are consistent with reality as a result of model fit curve checking,which proves the practicality of the symbiosis development model of OTAs and scenic areas in the smart tourism supply chain in this paper.This paper explores the law of symbiosis between scenic areas and OTAs in the smart tourism supply chain,analyzes the mechanism of relationship development factors,whether there is symbiosis between the two main symbiotic units,and what model can be chosen between smart scenic areas and OTA-dominated units to optimize the benefit of the overall symbiosis.and suppliers benefit from making the right strategic decisions according to the different conditions of the internal and external environment and change the way of cooperation with the symbiotic units according to their own needs,and suppliers benefit from studying the Scientific method provides a method to develop and deepen the cooperation between suppliers,promotes the efficient operation of the smart tourism supply chain and the scientific decision-making of the node companies,and provides a reference for the construction and development of smart tourism. |
