| As one of the most common public cultural venues,libraries have become an important place for people to learn and read daily.Readers in the library learning or reading process,will produce some personal data,called small data.However,the use of small data in libraries is insufficient,and there are few studies to evaluate the value of small data in libraries,which increases the difficulty of library management of personal data and even causes data loss.Therefore,the quantitative evaluation of the value of small data in libraries is of great significance for libraries to improve the management level of small data.This paper uses the conditional value evaluation method and the ’ data potential energy ’ model to evaluate the value of small data of university library users.Firstly,this paper conducts a pre-survey on the willingness to accept small data of university library users to determine the bidding value of the willingness to accept small data.Then 214 valid questionnaires were collected,and the average willingness to accept small data of university library users was obtained by using the dichotomous willingness to accept model.Finally,the data potential energy model of library small data value evaluation is constructed,and the total value and per capita value of library users ’ small data are empirically evaluated.The results of this study are :(1)The total value of average WTA of university library users ’ small data is670.12 yuan.Among them : ID number(318.13 yuan)> scientific research or learning behavior data(167.51 yuan)> learning environment data(94.24 yuan)> social relationship data(32.89 yuan)> psychological activity data(27.03 yuan)> mobile phone number(18.82 yuan)> daily borrowing data(11.50 yuan).(2)The user ’s identity has the greatest impact on the value of small data willingness to accept,followed by the user ’s gender and the frequency of users to the library,and finally the user ’s age and the user ’s disposable monthly income.The frequency of use of library electronic resources has the least impact on the value of small data willingness to accept.(3)Determine the parameter values in the data potential energy model,and calculate the value of the small data of the selected university library users.Finally,it is concluded that the total value of the small data of Nanchang University Library users is about 41035.41 million yuan,and the per capita value of the small data is about499.82 yuan;the total value of small data of Zhengzhou University Library users is about 1718.8345 million yuan,and the per capita value of small data is about 1944.60 yuan.The total value of the user ’s small data of Guizhou University Library is about852,353,900 yuan,and the per capita value of the small data is about 967.48 yuan.Finally,this paper combs the research conclusions of the full text and points out the shortcomings of the research.The research results of this paper provide some reference for the subsequent research on small data value evaluation. |
