To improve the service design management of designers for past knowledge and user evaluation,the requirement management of group intelligent service design is implemented through the technical assistance of artificial intelligence and management.Focus on the concept of Intelligence Enhancement,and propose the basic framework of Intelligence Enhancement in the future design field from the practical business perspective.Under the background of Double-Carbon Strategy and rural revitalization,it will make service design contributions to green circular economy and rural tourism construction.Assist designers in making logical innovations in solving service design problems by using project parameters,etc.Focus on the ontology,and complete the innovative output of service design with the innovative path of traceability.Using CBR(case-based reasoning)and the principles of sensory engineering service design as the pre-research framework,using web crawler technology to collect user reviews,using artificial intelligence knowledge map as the evaluation vocabulary database,and implementing the management of explicit and implicit knowledge for service design.Resolve the material-field theory and apply it to the design strategy.Through TRIZ inference and collation as the main basis for the output of design ideas.The original ARIZ(Algorithm for Inventive-Problem Solving)innovation algorithm is improved and transformed,and a set of design model is built to make it more suitable for service design innovation practice.An innovative service design model,ASD(Algorithm for Inventive-Problem Solving of Service Design Based on Double-Carbon Strategy),is built based on the ultimate need for low-carbon integration or improvement of the Double-Carbon Strategy to produce the ultimate ideal solution IFR(Idea Final Result).This will be explained and validated by means of improvement cases in residential hotels.Use traditional service design tools to analyze and integrate stakeholders,service blueprints,business canvas,rough prototypes,etc.Finally,the model method and design decision are tested by KANO.The test results obtained by this method are good,and this method has some reference significance.Through the related theory model,a more practical service design standard for rural residential hotel is obtained.The theoretical model and service design resulting from its application have the significance of industry promotion.Knowledge mapping has a considerable effect on domain service design knowledge management,and provides a basis for creative output through some traceable reasoning.In line with the rapid development needs of future service design.The study takes the Double-Carbon Strategy concept of residential hotel design as an object of practice,and verifies that the innovative and knowledge management model has some applicability in service design and is suitable for sustainable research under the Double-Carbon Strategy.
