Research On “County-Town-Village” Three-Level Distribution Network Based On Cloud Logistics Under Rural Revitalization Strategy

The strategy of Rural Revitalization is an important measure to promote China’s transformation from a big agricultural country to a strong agricultural country,and it is also an important basis for building a modern economic system.As a new force of rural economic development,rural e-commerce logistics plays an important role in implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization and building a well-off society in an all-round way.In response to the call,major logistics enterprises have been committed to sinking their business into rural areas.Rural logistics in China is generally small-scale and dispersed,and the dominant position of the logistics market is not strong enough.In the network construction of rural logistics,a good three-level cloud logistics platform in counties and villages is a strong guarantee for efficient operation of logistics.Cloud logistics platform can match and integrate agricultural products with a variety of industries,and then select the most suitable rural logistics mode.At present,the consumption of e-commerce logistics of rural residents continues to rise,and the demand of logistics industry continues to grow in the countryside.Starting from the research and analysis of the factors that hinder the rapid development of e-commerce logistics in rural areas,this paper considers the elements and composition of rural logistics network,combines with rural logistics business processes,considers the actual application scenarios of delivery,and puts forward the construction of county-rural three-level distribution network based on cloud logistics.Integrating cloud platform into rural logistics development,adding cloud platform in the design and network construction of three-level distribution nodes,creating a logistics network under cloud logistics mode combined with innovative ideas of county and rural threelevel distribution,relying on the advantages of cloud computing in data collection and analysis processing,not only can optimize the node selection and construction,but also can speed up the various business processes of logistics and distribution,and improve the distribution efficiency according to the actual situation and considering all factors in a comprehensive way.Reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction with services.In the optimization of distribution routes and networks,the genetic algorithm is used to carry out an example analysis by MATLAB.The analysis results show that the countyrural three-level distribution network based on cloud logistics really has a significant role in distribution routes.The results of this study have some practical significance for the construction of three-level logistics network based on cloud logistics.On the one hand,it provides theoretical basis for the formulation of government policies in the process of promoting the Rural Revitalization strategy,on the other hand,it provides quantitative reference for logistics enterprises in the process of rural e-commerce logistics distribution.
