As China’s consumer finance industry has gradually entered the era of strong supervision under the guidance of relevant policies,the comprehensive annual interest rate of consumer financial products has gradually decreased to no more than24%.In 2020,5 consumer finance companies will be approved successively,and the number of licensed competitors in the industry will increase to 30.In recent years,the industry pattern is changing.Internet giants hold or participate in consumer finance companies,gradually forming a combination of capital side + scene side.With the decline of population growth,the market dividend gradually fades,and the consumer finance market begins to face the competition of stock customers.Both online and offline customer acquisition costs are increasing year by year.With the development and application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence,blockchain,cloud computing and big data,the combination of consumer finance industry and new technologies has been promoted.In recent years,many innovative products and business models have been developed.With the continuous and rapid development of information technology,informatization plays an increasingly important role in improving the efficiency of enterprise operation management and profitability,and even becomes a crucial link.This paper takes Home Credit Consumer Finance Co.,Ltd.as the research object and its informatization strategy as the research topic.Home Credit Consumer Finance Co.,Ltd.has mature information technology management norms,but also has the disadvantages of aging technology.Home Credit Consumer Finance Co.,Ltd.has high financing cost and high operating cost,and its business is facing great challenges.How to formulate effective informatization strategy and support business team to achieve corporate goals through information technology has become an important research topic.This paper uses PEST,Porter’s Five forces model and other tools to fully analyze the macro environment and industry environment of Home Credit Consumer Finance Co.,LTD.,and analyzes the company’s internal environment from the aspects of the company’s development dilemma,informatization history,resources,capabilities,current situation and so on.On this basis,EFE matrix is used to evaluate the external opportunities and threats,and IFE matrix is used to evaluate the internal strengths and weaknesses.SWOT matrix is used to analyze the combination of opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses.QSPM matrix is used to decide the informatization strategy of Home Credit Consumer Finance Co.,LTD.,that is,to develop consumer-driven information system by innovative application of artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing and other technologies.In order to ensure the implementation of informatization strategy of Home Credit Consumer Finance Co.,LTD.,five implementation measures,three safeguard measures,risk control measures and key performance indicators of informatization strategy are put forward.The proposal and implementation of the above informatization strategy can support the realization of the company’s overall strategy and objectives.
