| RF integrated circuit automatic test equipment is used to test the functions and parameters of RF integrated circuits,and is widely used in the design verification and finished product testing of RF chips.This thesis aims to develop a highly integrated and modular RF integrated circuit automatic test equipment,which can be used as a separate test module or integrated into the test system as a sub-unit.The RF signal frequency adjustment ±5ppm accuracy and 75M~6GHz tuning range can be completed on the transceiver channel.The transmission channels have the ability to transmit RF excitation with different configurations to meet the needs of a number of different test contents;The average noise level on the receive channels do not exceed-113 d Bm/Hz with good sensitivity.The whole module can perform complete tests on the functions and parameters of RF integrated circuits.The main research contents of this thesis include:1.Hardware scheme design of RF testing module.Based on the research on the RF integrated circuit’s testing principle and testing method,the hardware scheme design of this thesis is clarified,and the RF testing module of this thesis is divided into several parts:main control module,RF transceiver module,communication module,clock module,trigger and synchronization.2.Hardware logic design of RF testing module.In order to realize RF integrated circuit’s test,it is mainly necessary to design the functions of testing excitation transmission and testing response reception,and in the RF testing module,the transmitter side realizes the generation of common testing excitations,such as single frequency and quadrature amplitude modulation,as well as algorithms for low-order harmonic suppression;The receiving end realizes digital signal processing such as interpolation and decimation of collected data,digital filtering,and spectrum analysis;In addition,it is necessary to complete the design of the access function of transmitting,and receiving data at both ends and the design of the high-speed JESD204 B serial protocol.3.Key circuit design and test function realization of RF testing module.In order to realize the RF parameter test,additional circuits need to be designed on the front end of the transceiver channel and the test interface board to meet the test requirements of hardware power indicators and network parameters.In addition,the RF testing module designed in this thesis designs different testing methods and hardware connecting structures for different RF parameters to realize the test of the functions and parameters of RF integrated circuits.Finally,this thesis makes a complete test of the key performance indicators of RF testing module,and analyzes the test results to ensure the feasibility of the scheme. |
