Dynamic signal analyzer is a kind of analyzer which is widely used in engineering measurement. It has the advantages of high resolution, large dynamic range and variable analysis bandwidth. With the rapid development of ASIC technology, the new digital dynamic signal analyzer which has dynamic signal acquisition, analysis, storage was invented. It is convenient to test the scene of the dynamic signal acquisition and storage and real-time data analysis,make the test operation process is no longer very complicated. Dynamic signal analyzer has become the first choice of the dynamic signal testing instrument.Paper introduces the development status of the same type instrument at home and abroad. Then, according to the specific functions of the needs analysis, and then the logic design of each function module is discussed in detail. It is based on the hardware architecture of programmable logic device(FPGA) + digital signal processor(DSP) completed the portable dynamic signal analyzer data acquisition processing logic design, built-in signal source design, the triggering and transmitting logic design. The main contents are:Dynamic signal analyzer in a variety of operating modes for different signal acquisition and storage of transmission and algorithm analysis method.f According to 6 different modes of operation, the design of the corresponding sample data preprocessing logic. It mainly includes the digital mixer frequency conversion module and the multi sampling rate conversion of the extraction filter module. Based on the above logic module, the sampling signal is realized, such as spectrum analysis, frequency multiplication process analysis, order analysis, histogram analysis and correlation analysis.Built-in signal source design: The peripheral circuit and logic design of the signal source based on the DDS principle and the noise generating module are completed. It realize the sine wave, linear frequency modulation, random noise and burst signal and frequency sweep signal waveform output. Secondly, of built-in signal source in different modes of use demand analysis, the design and implementation of the control logic of the linkage among the parameters of the signal source parameters and different instruments model.Trigger and logic design of transmission: for dynamic signal acquisition and processing of different storage needs, the dynamic signal analyzer is designed to trigger the logic module,It can be realized in a variety of trigger mode under different pre trigger depth of continuous storage. PCI E high speed transmission interface has been used which can ensure the continuity of high speed storage.By building a test platform for testing and analyzing the different instrument modes of signal processing logic, built-in signal source of performance index and sampling trigger stored measurement test results show that the design to meet the needs of dynamic signal analyzer.
