Generation Z refers to the population born in 1995-2009,which has a population of nearly300 million in China.As a group greatly affected by emerging scientific and technological products and economic growth,Generation Z’s consumption ability,consumption concept and consumption mode are playing an increasingly important role.In the process of digital and intellectual transformation and development,domestic museums also actively enhance their attraction to the Generation Z group through various ways.How to make full use of digital interactive experience design,improve the self promotion and promotion of museums,and attract more young groups into museums is the research direction of this topic.This paper comprehensively uses the research methods of literature research,case analysis,field research,questionnaire survey and user interview.In this paper,the theory of interactive experience design,the application status and development trend of interactive experience design in museums are analyzed in depth.Then,based on quantitative and qualitative research,this paper summarizes the common characteristics of Gen Z users from three aspects: behavior characteristics,interest preferences,and consumption trends through user research on the audience group of Gen Z.On this basis,we further summarized the needs of Generation Z users for museum interactive experience design through questionnaire survey and user interview,combined with excellent experience in museum digital interactive experience design,and proposed a design strategy for Generation Z museum interactive experience: creating a cognitive atmosphere,enriching interactive forms,and realizing emotional interaction.According to the design strategy,the bronze exhibition in Shanghai Museum is taken as the practice object to carry out the design practice with the title of "Bronze Age".Follow the process of product positioning,functional design,information architecture,interactive prototype and visual interface design,and get feedback through testing,so as to provide more methods and paths for the digital interactive experience design of museum exhibition information.Through the theoretical research and practice of the subject,it is summarized that the digital interactive experience design of museum exhibition information needs to meet the knowledge cognitive needs,interactive experience needs,social entertainment needs and self value realization needs of Generation Z people.In terms of functions,the combination of online DIY activities and booking offline activities adds a new path for interactive experience design;Gamification entertainment mode and AR learning mode provide rich interactive forms;Create a cultural circle of bronzes and add personalized tour routes to achieve emotional interaction.In terms of visual form,museum elements are combined with the UI interface,obscure knowledge points are visualized and dynamic,creating a cognitive atmosphere,giving users a more immersive experience,providing experience reference for the self promotion of the museum through the practice of interactive experience design products,and contributing to the digital and intellectual development of the museum. |
