Research On Service Innovation Of Archivesunder The Background Of Cultural And Tourismintegration

Since it was proposed in 2018,the integration of culture and tourism has gradually become a hot topic in the field of culture and tourism.As an important part of public cultural service institutions,archives play an important role in promoting the integration of culture and tourism.With the in-depth development of the integration of culture and tourism,the service methods and concepts of archives have changed,and the traditional service methods can no longer meet the needs of the public.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the service innovation of archives under the background of the integration of culture and tourism.This paper defines the concepts of cultural and tourism integration and service innovation of archives,and expounds the necessity of service innovation of archives under the background of cultural and tourism integration.Based on the new public service theory,industrial integration theory and universal utilization theory,it adopts research methods such as literature research,network research and system analysis to investigate the relevant services of archives under the background of cultural and tourism integration.In addition,the problems existing in the service of cultural travel provided by the archives are sorted out.Through investigation,it is found that in the process of providing cultural and tourism services under the background of cultural and tourism integration,archives are faced with four problems: single service mode of cultural and tourism integration,insufficient mining of cultural resources,insufficient publicity of archives and inadequate use of information technology.On this basis,this paper analyzes the basic conditions of service innovation of archives under the background of cultural and tourism integration from four aspects: institutional reform,characteristic collection,cultural demand and technology drive,expounds the changes of archives service under the background of cultural and tourism integration,and discusses the influencing factors of cultural and tourism integration service of archives based on spatial reconstruction.Finally,from the four aspects of innovating service mode,strengthening multi-party cooperation,expanding publicity channels and strengthening technology application,the paper puts forward the service innovation path of archives under the background of cultural and tourism integration,in order to provide some references for archives to provide cultural and tourism integration services.
