Study On The Development Of Regional Cultural Archives Of Comprehensive Archives In China

Regional culture is a part of public culture and characteristic culture in China,which plays an essential role in enhancing regional cohesion and transmitting regional spirit.As part of the Archives collection,regional cultural archives can reflect the development and changes of regional cultural undertakings,the production and life of the people,and cultural activities.At the same time,they have the reliance and authenticity of the archives,which are more credible than other carriers.At present,the development of regional cultural archives have rich activities and diverse contents across the country,but lack a unified development standard and mode.The exploration of regional cultural archives development in archives is mostly based on cases and experience,it is difficult to provide a credible reference frame and basis.This thesis analyzes the current situation at China and abroad,combines the actual conditions to locate the survey in Xi'an,Shaanxi Province.Through interviews and investigations in 12 archives including Shaanxi Provincial Archives,Xi'an Archives,Beilin District Archives,etc.With the help of SPSS to conduct correlation analysis and regression analysis on the questionnaire data,summarize the problems in the process of regional cultural archives,and address the conservative development concept,the development system defect,the insufficient development guarantee,the single development model,the backward development technology,and the development cooperation difficulty to analyze six questions.Based on the development of regional cultural archives of Archives at China and abroad,such as Beijing Archives,Zhejiang Archives,and the National Archives of the United States,proposes including development subjects,social needs,development technologies and standards,development funds,development talents,and development resource element,starts from four aspects of ideology,system guarantee,talent training,and resource construction,proposes measures to broaden the sources of development subjects,stimulate social demand,promote cultural industry technologies and standards,and expand funding channels.
