| Under the background of aging,the continuous decline of sensory function in the elderly has become an inevitable trend.As a result,inconvenience has emerged by the trend.To deal with the problem,this thesis puts forward the needs of audiovisual products.With the help of modern technology,optimizing the life experience of elderly has become an important direction of senior-friendly product design.This thesis investigates the elderly based on the customer needs oriented.The Quality Function Deployment is used to determine the functional framework of senior-friendly smart speaker products.Then the researcher tries to improve the design,which explore the direction of senior-friendly audio-visual products.The study can also provide the reference and ideas for innovation.Firstly,this thesis studies the users.This thesis adopts the literature research method to grasp the physiological and psychological characteristics of users.It will further explore the elderly demand for audiovisual products under the condition that sensory decline is irreversible.Secondly,observation method is used to summarize how the group of elderly who can look after themselves use the audio-visual products.Thirdly,with the nursing staffs help,the researcher uses the interview method to guid interviews and analyze the needs of audiovisual products for the elderly in daily life.The study can complete the audio-visual needs of the user group throughout the entire elderly care process.Finally,two dimensional conclusions obtained by observation method and interview method are used to create user journey map.User needs are summarized by KANO questionnaire.Secondly,this thesis studies the targetet product.This thesis uses the market research method to analyze the functions of the elderly smart products and smart speakers in two dimensions respectively.After comprehensive comparison,the required functions of age-appropriate speakers are summarized,and the weight of each function is determined by AHP.Finally,this thesis combines the above studies.This thesis uses QFD and KANO to carry out the weight of user needs obtained from the questionnaire survey of KANO model.Combined with product functions obtained from market research,QFD quality function is developed.Then comprehensive analysis and evaluation of production functional attributes is carried out.From the audio-visual perspective,the functional attributes of the product are used to solve the problem of sensory decline of users and realize the demand of sensory compensation replacement.The function attribute ranking of the product is used to design the senior-friendly smart speaker,and the design results are verified.In summary,this thesis uses the combined method of KANO and QFD to deduce the research on the functional requirements of the product for the design of senior-friendly smart speakers,and improve the design of senior-friendly products.It can also optimize the needs of the elderly to obtain information from the perspective of audio-visual.Then it will reduce the pressure on society and nursing staff.The exploration which depends on the functional requirements will promote the development of the elderly care service industry. |
