The Construction And Empirical Research Of Tourism Experience Quality Evaluation System Of The Comprehensive Museum

Cultural tourism plays a decisive role in the development of tourism,and the reform and development of the museum makes it gradually become a kind of featured resource of cultural tourism, which also attracted much more attention increasingly. Comprehensive museum, as the representative type of museum, whose tourism experience quality is directly related to the further develop museum tour. On the basis of much reading, this paper is based on the theory of Museology and Tourism, and combined with a mature service quality assessment scale- SERVQUAL scale, finally forming a comprehensive evaluation system for the quality of museum tourism experience. On the basis of that, the paper chooses Suzhou Museum which is a mature tourism attraction as the object of empirical research, then corrects the initial evaluation system. At the same time, we have also found the deficiencies in visitors ‘experience that exist in Suzhou Museum by T-test as well as IPA analysis and some other methods, and according to results of the analysis we have put forward several constructive suggestions to further enhance the visitors’ experience.
