| In recent years,the country has been actively promoting a new development model,which is based on the domestic circulation and the international circulation.Moreover,insisting on the supply side structural reform,setting up and perfecting the domestic demand system,and promoting the quality of the country’s development.In the face of the national high quality development and the intense competition in the market,the traditional retail enterprises make use of the industry internet and digital technology,have entered into new retail business model to seek transformation and upgrading.Retail enterprises have the advantage of grasping the most real market demand by directly contacting consumers and facing the terminal market.But at the same time,faster,better precision to meet consumer demand is also retail enterprises face serious challenges.Therefore,the efficiency of retail procurement has become an effective means to enhance competitiveness.In this paper,the main problems in the purchase process are analyzed,and the technological optimization is discussed.First of all,based on the domestic economic environment led to the purchase of retail enterprises,the author reviewed the existing research and determined the research methods and technical routes.And the procurement management,business process optimization,Petri network model related concepts and theories,constitute the theoretical basis of this paper.After full field research and data collection,this paper sorts out M enterprise’s procurement business process,divides the whole procurement process into two stages: supplier confirmation and order execution.In this paper,the reengineering of incidence matrix is used to analyze the long and tedious process,and the process is optimized according to ECRS principle.Finally,the optimized process is reconstructed to Petri net model and simulated before optimization.The results show that the operation efficiency of the optimized procurement process is improved by 19.82%.This paper provides some ideas for M enterprise to optimize the existing procurement process,and also has some reference significance for other retail enterprises in the industry. |
