As a representative of the third industrial revolution,programmable logic controller(PLC)is the cornerstone of the transformation of China’s industrial power,and it is very important to conquer its key technology.In recent years,with the rapid development of microcontroller technology,high-performance microcontroller arises at the historic moment,the function is more powerful,the output is soaring,the cost is constantly reduced,which makes us can consider using the existing high-performance microcontroller as a CPU module to develop PLC with independent intellectual property rights.In PLC type,small PLC is the largest type of market share,the application proportion of all PLC products 40%.In view of the research and development of small PLC is relatively easy,and is widely used,based on the single chip microcomputer design of a PLC simple control function of the general controller.On the other hand,fieldbus is one of the hot spots in the field of automation.As the basis of industrial data communication network,fieldbus realizes the interconnection between the field equipment in the production process.Shaker Bus,launched by Shanxi New Industrial Bus Engineering Technology Research Center,is a new generation of networked instrument bus created after studying the advantages and disadvantages of each field bus and instrument bus.This paper proposes the application of Shaker Bus protocol to PLC,and designs a small programmable logic controller that supports Shaker Bus protocol.In this paper,the early prototype of small programmable logic controller is developed and designed,and some of its functions are tested.The experimental results show that the controller can not only realize the basic functions of PLC,but also add additional practical functions.This design not only has great help to PLC flexibility,but also has far-reaching significance to the extension of Shaker Bus application field;At the same time,it lays the foundation for using PLC to build SharkNet test system in the future. |
