Research On The Anomie And Countermeasures Of News Short Video Media Ethics In The New Media Era

Short news video is a new form of news after the rise of short video.It shows the characteristics of "fragmentation","strong interaction" and "strong real-time" after integrating the characteristics of short video,such as "short","flat" and "fast".These characteristics also make short news video quickly become one of the main information receiving channels for the public at present.However,under the influence of the audience,society,history and other factors,the news principles,media characteristics and development needs are in a situation of mutual integration,interlacing and confrontation.This complex situation has led to the emergence of "non-standard expression of text","incorrect guidance of public opinion","irrational production structure" and other "media ethics anomie" phenomena in news short videos.Media ethics is a moral code that has a positive communication guiding significance for news media or news practitioners when reporting news.The anomie of media ethics refers to some negative effects on the audience or news noumenon caused by news communicators’ failure to comply with the corresponding norms.Public opinion guidance and positive information transmission are the social responsibilities of news short videos.Therefore,the appearance of "media ethics anomie" is first a manifestation of irresponsibility.Secondly,as news short videos have great influence at present,the "media ethics anomie" of news short videos will cause more serious harm to individuals and society.Therefore,in order to better perform the corresponding duties of news short videos,and to make the social ecology and audience’s information sources more stable and healthy,it is extremely important and necessary to study and construct countermeasures against the "media ethics anomie" problem of news short videos.Therefore,this paper aims to clarify the specific appearance,harm and incentives of "media ethics anomie" in current news short videos,hoping to find practical countermeasures from the causes.For this reason,this paper adopts progressive research.First of all,it uses data analysis and case analysis to analyze the current representative news short video account "Sichuan Observation",and explores the development status and characteristics of the current news short video.Then the construction of these characteristics is analyzed again,and improper or improper media ethics anomie behavior or phenomenon is excavated to discuss its harm.Then,from the social,technological,media,historical and other aspects,combined with communication,sociology and other theories to explore the causes of the problem.Finally,we should construct the countermeasures one by one according to the actual situation.So as to complete the research goal,improve the current media ecology,and make the society develop steadily and healthily.
