| At present,the Algorithm Technology has been widely used in news production,distribution and presentation.ALGORITHMIC news is a new thing,which is the combination of artificial intelligence technology and news industry.It is a great opportunity for the development of news industry.But at the same time,in the process of development,the ethical anomie phenomenon caused by the defect of Algorithm News can not be ignored,otherwise it will aggravate the network environment pollution.This article takes the Algorithm News as the main research object,carries on the research to its present stage media ethics anomie phenomenon.First of all,based on the related concepts of Algorithmic News,this paper starts with the rise of Algorithmic News,and elaborates its application status in three aspects: Algorithmic News automatic production,personalized recommendation and News Presentation On this basis,the characteristics of media ethics anomie in algorithmic journalism are analyzed.Secondly,based on the above analysis,this paper summarizes the ethical anomie phenomenon in the development of algorithmic journalism from the perspectives of stolen data and works,deviation of news value orientation and imbalance of public cognition.These phenomena are mainly shown in the following aspects: the Algorithm ignores the user's privacy before carrying out the automated production,over-mining the data at the same time there are violations of other people's knowledge achievements;The Algorithm not only makes the vulgar,popular entertainment,and fake news more easily spread,affecting the quality of the content,but also causes the automated work produced by the Algorithm to ignore the most important emotional concern;It leads to the cognitive deviation of users and blind conformity,which increases the possibility of the phenomenon of audience forcing and group polarization.The media ethical anomie caused by algorithmic news is determined by the complex reality The imbalance between instrumental rationality and humanism,the lack of subject responsibility and media literacy,the declining credibility of news media and the increasing complexity of maintaining public order all affect the healthy development of algorithmic news.To this end,this paper also puts forward the relevant normative strategy.First,we need to optimize the use of algorithmictechnology,increase algorithmic transparency,improve recommender systems,and embed mainstream values into the design of technologies.Second,we need to improve the media literacy of the subjects,not only are new aggregation platforms taking on social responsibility,users themselves should also strictly control the bottom line of their desires;once again,the credibility of the news media should be rebuilt.News Media Practitioners should improve their professional competence while abiding by the code of ethics,and seize the opportunity of the symbiosis between man and machine Finally,we should improve the legal supervision mechanism,starting with laws and regulations,supervision mechanism and industry norms,so as to promote the healthy development of algorithmic news. |
