With the continuous improvement of residents’ living standards, people have higher and higher requirements for the circulation quality of fresh fruits and vegetables. Therefore, cold chain logistics all over the country are developing rapidly. However, compared with developed countries, the spoilage rate of fresh fruits and vegetables in my country is still relatively high, which is closely related to the "first kilometer" precooling problem, and the country and the government have gradually begun to pay attention to this problem.Taking the fresh fruits and vegetables of Y County as the research object,on the basis of analyzing the basic situation of fresh fruits and vegetables in Y County and the current situation of "the first kilometer" pre-cooling,it is found that in the process of picking up fresh fruits and vegetables in Y County from the planting place and transporting them to the leased pre-cooling station, there are fruits and vegetables accumulated in the place of origin, not pre-cooling or pre-cooling in time;pre-cooling does not consider the perishability of goods;the lack of reasonable planning of vehicle routes, unreasonable vehicle allocation, etc.,resulting in high pre-cooling costs, high cargo damage and low satisfaction with planting sites in County Y.Therefore,in order to better solve these problems, considering the current situation of fresh fruit and vegetable pre-cooling in Y County, the storage capacity constraints of the pre-cooling station, the maximum delayed pre-cooling time, and the time window of the planting site,a multi-target fresh fruit and vegetable pre-cooling system was established.Cooling station site selection-path optimization model, research on precooling station site selection, planting land flow distribution and reasonable arrangement of transportation routes.Combined with the actual data,17 candidate precooling stations and 105 planting bases were brought in for model verification. The NSGA-II algorithm was used and MATLAB programming was used to solve the problem, and a near-optimal solution was obtained. Finally, combined with the loss rate before optimization, the cost of cargo damage, transportation cost, and the number and model of vehicles are analyzed.Through the analysis,it is concluded that building a pre-cooling station in the production area and optimizing the transportation route from the planting area to the pre-cooling station can effectively reduce the cargo damage rate by 7.1%,which is conducive to the improvement of the pre-cooling effect of fresh fruits and vegetables.According to the parameter calculation results in the article,in order to adapt to the future development of fresh fruits and vegetables in Y County,it is currently necessary to build 5 precooling stations in the production area, using 13 ordinary transport vehicles and 4refrigerated vehicles. This article includes 13 figures,17 tables, and 56 references.
