The rapid development of the e-commerce industry has made consumers increasingly demand high-quality,high-efficiency,and high-level logistics services.At the same time,the logistics industry also needs to continuously reduce its own operating costs,and continue to optimize and improve in order to achieve sustainable development..For this reason,this article aims to make a small contribution to logistics cost control by optimizing the layout of the warehouse.Through the reading of domestic and foreign warehouse layout literature,the summary and comparison of related materials,it is found that the warehouse layout of most enterprises is still a relatively traditional layout method,but the application of traditional layout has limitations.In the warehouse operation,the cost of picking up distance and the cost of land area cannot be effectively balanced.Therefore,it is necessary to consider and evaluate the applicability of irregular fishbone warehouse channel layout.(1)In terms of fishbone channel design,according to the general model of fishbone warehouse,it can be known that the channel area and storage area are mutually exclusive.When the channel area increases,the effective storage area will be reduced.Otherwise,the cargo storage and retrieval process will change.Slow,lower efficiency,and even cause congestion.For the operator,the channel should be shallow rather than deep.Too deep a channel will cause psychological pressure on the operator.When considering the allocation and picking operation of the cargo space,the allocation method,the single instruction operation and the multi-instruction operation method,and the goods picking sequence have a great influence on the warehouse layout.The single instruction is faster and simpler,and the multiple instruction is more complicated.Considering the simplicity,practicability and realizability of single-instruction operation,this paper chooses to optimize the warehouse channel layout based on the single-instruction operation of cargo storage and retrieval activities.(2)Through modeling the fishbone layout channel,the mathematical model of the fishbone layout pick-up distance,as well as the area utilization and area loss function model are obtained,and the multi-objective optimization function model is established by combining the two factors of distance and area.Then determine the weight of the multi-objective function according to the regional GDP per capita and the warehouse land price,and then make relevant decisions.(3)Combining different storage allocation strategies to study its influence on the average pickup distance of the warehouse.According to specific conditions,determine the distribution strategy that is more suitable to the actual situation and has practical significance,and apply it to various warehouse layouts.Finally,we compare and verify the usability and applicability of this paper through calculation examples of different scales and using software simulation and genetic algorithm.
