Research On Multi-dimensional Evaluation System Of Service Ecosystem Health

With the development of cloud computing,service computing,Internet of Things and mobile Internet,the diversity and sociality of services have become increasingly obvious.With the increasing complexity of the collaborative relationship between services,service ecosystems have begun to appear,and have the characteristics of natural ecosystems,economic systems and complex networks.In this context,how to realize the systematic evaluation of the service ecosystem is of great significance to promote its healthy development.Based on this,this paper proposes a multi-dimensional service ecosystem health evaluation system,which helps to clarify the performance of the service ecosystem from the perspective of multi-dimensional integration.This paper evaluates the service ecosystem from the three dimensions of ecosystem,complex network and social economy,and constructs corresponding mathematical models in the three dimensions,and then discovers the relationship between the dimensions.In addition,this paper uses computational experiments to construct corresponding systems and models,and verifies the rationality of the proposed model and the relationship between the dimensions by simulating the operation of the service ecosystem.Finally,this paper collected actual data from Alibaba Group,and verified the rationality of the model through actual case analysis.The results show that the model can provide new ideas for the evolution analysis of the service ecosystem,and it can also provide decision support for the optimization of operation strategies.In summary,this article has made a further exploration of the research on the health evaluation of the service ecosystem.This paper proposes a multi-dimensional evaluation model of the service ecosystem and discovers the relationship between the dimensions.At the same time,this paper constructs a corresponding experimental system to verify the rationality of the proposed model.This paper also analyzes and evaluates the Alibaba ecosystem based on actual data from Alibaba.Experimental results and actual case analysis show that the model proposed in this article is reasonable,and has guiding significance for the evaluation of the service ecosystem,laying a foundation for subsequent research.
